“What forms of payment do you accept?”

  • We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Amex,PayPal, etc. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.

“How long will it take to get my order?

  • We currently offer USPS Shipping within the United States. All orders ship within 48 hours. A shipping confirmation along tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order has been processed. 

“Do you ship internationally?

  • We do ship internationally =)

“My order shipped but I never got my package…”

  • Don’t worry! If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing, please reach out to USPS.com to locate your item. If your package still cannot be located, please contact us directly and mention your order number.

"Can I cancel my order?”

  • We work really hard to ship your order as quickly as we get it, making it even harder to cancel before it ships. Please double-check your shopping cart and info before checking out. If you’re still sure you want to cancel the order you can contact us directly for a refund for anything that meets our return guidelines.

“My address is incorrect; can I change it?”

  • Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

“I accidentally ordered the wrong size for apparel; can you change it for me?”

  • Unfortunately, we can't make any size changes to items after an order is placed. Try double-checking the sizing info before checking out! If a size change is still needed, follow our returns process so we can get you an exchange or refund.

 “What is the best way to wash the apparel?”

  • We recommend washing all our apparel on cold and tumble dry to preserve everything =)
